Role:

Gia

It's 1970s New York where designer jeans, disco, and drugs are rampant. America's first supermodel, Gia, portrayed by Angelina Jolie in this Golden Globe award-winning performance, appears to have a charmed life. Sex, money, power, and fame are all here for the taking. When insecure Gia falls victim to life in the fast lane, her career and her life become a casualty of life on the edge.

Married To The Mob

Jonathan Demme's last idiosyncratic film before he went all mainstream and "serious" with The Silence of the Lambs and Philadelphia is a wacky, energetic comedy that looks at mob life with affection, and established Michelle Pfeiffer as both a stunning leading lady and a consummate character actress. When Angela DeMarco (Pfeiffer), fed up with a house filled with furniture and appliances that "fell off a truck," asks her husband, hit man Frank "the Cucumber" (Alec Baldwin), for a divorce, he laughs at her and tells her she'll never escape the mob's clutches.

Crazy People

When a stressed out ad exec (Moore) proposes a "truth in advertising" scheme, he is promptly shipped off to a mental institution. There he teams up with a kooky blonde (Hannah) and a slew of nutty patients. What happens next is absolutely crazy because the public goes absolutely nuts for the new way of advertising. You'll chortle over the advertising slogans you've always wished Madison Avenue would use!

Big

Tom Hanks won raves for his Oscar nominated performance (1988, Best Actor) as a twelve year old boy trapped inside a thirty-year-old body in director Penny Marshall's winning comedy. At a carnival, young Josh Baskin (Hanks) wishes he was big - only to awake the next morning and discover he is! With the help of his friend Billy (Jared Rushton), Josh lands a job at a toy company. There, his inner wisdom enables him to successfully predict what children want to buy, making the awestruck, naïve Josh irresistible to a beautiful ladder climbing colleague (Elizabeth Perkins).
