In Hamburg, Germany, criminals are using safety deposit boxes to hide their ill-gotten wealth. Bank security expert Joe Collins (Warren Beatty) is privy to this and enlists the help of a friendly prostitute named Dawn Divine (Goldie Hawn) to help him steal it. Despite a few obstacles, the pair are successful in pulling off a complicated heist. Although the criminals are not able to alert the authorities, they are able to track down Dawn and Joe, who soon find themselves running for their lives.

Revenge Of The Pink Panther

The sixth Pink Panther comedy was the last to star Peter Sellers (the following film in the series incorporated previously unseen footage), and it was also the last in the series to show any signs of genuine inspiration. It's a weak entry in the Panther pantheon, involving a rather mundane plot about a "French Connection" drug deal that leads Inspector Clouseau--presumed murdered and now sleuthing incognito--to Hong Kong for a brash, slapstick finale that almost compensates for the routine gags that precede it.

One of the best comedies of the 1970s, Blake Edwards's ode to midlife crisis and the hazards of infidelity now plays like a valentine to that self-indulgent decade, and it's still as funny as it ever was. In the signature role of his career (along with "Arthur"), Dudley Moore plays a songwriter with a severe case of marital restlessness, and all it takes is a chance encounter with Bo Derek (in her screen debut) to jump-start his libido.
