Above Below And Beyond

Above Below And Beyond is a ripping collection of instrumental rockers, enhanced with Batten's two-handed, ten-finger guitar technique. While most of the tracks are Batten originals, Above Below And Beyond also contains Batten's treatment of the Rimsky-Korsakov classic, "Flight Of The Bumblebee", Michael Jackson's, "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'", Otis Redding's "Respect" and John Coltrane's "Giant Steps". More surprises than you'd expect and wall-to-wall incredible guitar work.

Silkroad/Kinu-Michi - 1st

Silkroad/Kinu-Michi - 1st is actually Japanese guitarist Koji Tsumoto`s second all instrumental CD, and this one is billed as "the ultimate modal instrumental progressive rock from Asia" - just the beginning of the 32-Year-Project. Tsumoto uses an arsenal of Ibanez guitars to deliver a wide range of textures, tones and moods within a hard rock context. Exhilarating and packed with interesting guitar moments, Silkroad/Kinu-Michi - 1st has fourteen tracks which place the spotlight on Tsumoto`s playing and really show what he can do.

Into The Unknown

Into The Unknown features fourteen awesome cuts of instrumental hard rock, shred and fusion axework that spotlights Jeff Kollman's talent like no other recorded work to date. Fist-pumpers such as "The Test Continues" and "Battle Scars" alternate with extended preludes such as "Homage To Orf" and the title track, as Kollman serves notice that he is a fiery player to be reckoned with. The CD also features touches of classical and jazz in spots.
