Robin Trower

This fascinating 13-song performance was recorded by the famous WDR Rockpalast on Robin Trower's 60th birthday, March 3rd 2005 at the Crossroads Festival in Germany. Trower's career has spanned more than four decades and he is considered to be one of the finest guitarists in Rock n' Roll history. He spent the early 60's playing guitar in various London based outfits, and received his big break 1967 joining Procol Harum. After leaving Procol Harum 5 years later, Trower embarked on his solo career and found great success.

World famous names like Robin Trower, Jan Akkermann and Ronnie Montrose are joined by Laurie Wisefield (Wishbone Ash), Rick Derringer and Ian Crichton (SAGA). The older heads provide the inspiration and impetus for two new and emerging talents: Dave Sharman and Danny Darekovic.
