Michael Angelo Batio "Performance"

Included are his versions of "Burn", "Tribute To Randy", "Hands Without Shadows", "China", "The Finish Line" plus a beautiful unaccompanied acoustic guitar piece titled "A New Day". This program not only showcases his incredible, seemingly limitless technique but also captures the passion, soul and melody that he puts into each piece of music.

The Who "The Kids Are Alright"

Half its members may be dead and its leader may be keeping a low profile, but the Who remains enormously popular. Devotees who haven't availed themselves of Jeff Stein's thrilling, self-mocking 1979 documentary about the group shouldn't wait another minute now that the film has been painstakingly--perhaps heroically--restored to its theatrical-release length from original elements.

UFO "Showtime"

UFO have been operating with their strongest line-up in years since the release of their 2004 studio album, "You Are Here". The three original band members, Phil Mogg (vocals), Pete Way (bass) and Paul Raymond (keyboards), were joined by Jason Bonham on drums and the exceptional guitarist, Vinnie Moore. UFOís success story began in 1969, when Phil Mogg and Pete Way formed the band in England.

Rush "Rush In Rio"

Rush In Rio is Rush's first concert DVD, and it's a double DVD extravaganza with 28 songs, a documentary ("The Boys In Brazil", directed by Andrew MacNaughtan), and several multi-angle songs ("YYZ", "O Baterista" and "La Villa Strangiato"). To see Alex Lifeson (guitar), Geddy Lee (bass/vocals) and Neil Peart (drums) doing their Brazilian show in a widescreen format is a totally awsome experience. A mind-blowing, sensory-expanding experience to be sure.

Goncalo Pereira "Another Day In Another World"

Another Day In Another World features Portugal's Goncalo Pereira captured live in concert at the Hard Club, playing eight instrumental hard rock and shred tracks. The package is loaded to the brim with extras, including a CD, Goncalo Pereira's "Goncalopereira@g_spot" album, complete with tray card and insert, two studio jams, a tour of Pereira's studio, an interview, a look at Pereira's gear (hosted by Goncalo), guitar lessons, photos, sketches, live extra tracks at G-Spot and more. The interview and other spoken word sections are in Portuguese, with English subtitles.

Martone

The Canadian group Martone rocks the Central City Brewing Company in Surry, British Columbia, with group members Dave Martone (guitars), Paul Martone (keyboards), Daniel Adair (drums) and David Spidel (bass). Instrumental, progressive, aggressive and dynamic are only four words that describe the show, which features tracks from Dave Martone albums such as "Shut Up 'N Listen" and "Zone", as well as his latest Lion music release "A Demon's Dream". A celebration of musical diversity with some of the most daring guitar playing ever heard.

Yanni, "Live At The Acropolis"

On the night of September 25, 1993, beneath the golden glow of the Parthenon, a standing-room-only crowd assembled to witness a stunning spectacle of sight and sound. The majestic stone arches of the 2,000 year-old Herod Atticus Theatre became the setting for a performance of a lifetime. The passionate audience warmly embraced its native son, internationally known composer and performer, Yanni, who was returning home in triumph after two decades in America.
