Steve Vai "Visual Sound Theories"

Steve Vai's Visual Sound Theories DVD features the live performances from the Aching Hunger concerts with the Holland Metropole Orchestra in July 2005. With a total running time of over 2 hours, the DVD includes 14 tracks in both stereo and 5.1 surround sound. Vai's trademark rock guitar creations are enriched by the accompaniment of a full orchestra, directed by conductor Dick Bakker.

Terminal A "Transcontinental - Live"

Jurgen Knautz (bass), Eddy Teger (keys), Marco Bussi (drums) and Peter Autschbach (guitar) make up Terminal A - a fusion unit that blends electric and acoustic guitars, exotic percussion and tons of fusion experience on their concert DVD Transcontinental - Live, the companion to their CD, "Transcontinental". Autschbach comments, "When we recorded the CD, we recorded live (like always) because it's the only way to capture the musical communication between the players. After the recordings everybody was very happy with the quality of both the playing and the sound.

Stomp Live

Stomp has grown from its beginnings on the streets of Europe into an international sensation, with touring productions all over the world, and long running shows in London, Las Vegas and Broadway. This special performance brings together performers from the West End, New York and Vegas for the very first time, to Stomp's home town and the theater where many of the routines were originated: Brighton Dome.

Paul Speer "Oculus"

Grammy nominated musician/video artist Paul Speer releases his latest DVD project entitled Oculus. As one of the architects of the multi-platinum selling video albums Natural States and Desert Vision, he traveled down a different path on this release. That path lead to several locations in Italy: Rome, Florence, the Italian Riviera, Tuscany, and Sicily. The Pantheon's Oculus (the opening on top of the rotunda) offers a portal to the open sky. This music video transports one through the Oculus and on to a remarkable visual journey, giving the viewer a unique look at Bella Italia.

Alejandro Silva & Power Cuarteto "Live 2007"

Alejandro Silva Power Cuarteto (ASPC) is Chilean guitar-oriented instrumental rock quartet. Since 1999, the quartet has released four CDs and 2 DVDs. Live 2007 was recorded in Santiago after a successful tour promoting the band's latest studio work "Orden & Chaos". Two concerts in a row were captured on the same day, and the actual tracks included here were chosen from the best of both shows. The recorded audio is faithful to the band's true live performance. No overdubbing, post recorded tracks nor any extraneous sound samples in frums or strings were used.

Santana "Viva Santana!"

This DVD retrospective celebrates over two decades of classic songs and stellar musicians, from the band's San Francisco roots to the global stage of the late '80s. Viva Santana! includes rare performances filmed around the world, as well as familiar scenes from Woodstock and the Ed Sullivan Show in the late '60s, and features an intimate conversation with Carlos, reflecting on his life and career and revealing a rich treasure of anecdotes about his experiences. Take a twenty year trip down memory lane and review the highlights of the band's history.

Rush "R30"

The R30 2 DVD set features Rush's Frankfurt, Germany concert in September 2004 near the close of their 30th Anniversary World Tour. The performance was captured with 14 cameras in high definition and is presented in 16:9 widescreen format. Audio options include Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound or PCM Stereo.

Queen "Live At Wembley Stadium"

This is a model DVD release for a rock band. The concert footage itself is very good, the extras are excellent, and there's a lot of care and attention paid to every last detail of the packaging. Everything you loved, or hated, or loved to hate about the band is preserved in exceptional detail. It's almost like being there. Queen were not only first-rate rockers but also fantastic showmen, and Freddie and Brian's showmanship is nothing but captivating. Brian May, Freddie Mercury, Roger Taylor and John Deacon are featured.

Pulse: A Stomp Odyssey

Pulse: A Stomp Odyssey is a celebration of the global beat, an exploration of the sights and sounds of continents and cultures, guided by the internationally acclaimed performers of the sensational stage show Stomp. The globe-trotting IMAX journey is billed as "a tribute to a world of rhythm that has inspired us". Pulse showcases the cast of Stomp as well as 10 extremely diverse musical groups from around the world. Though devoid of spoken words, Pulse: A Stomp Odyssey speaks volumes.
