A queen wished her young, naughty daughter would cease to misbehave. So the queen turned her into a raven and off she flew, into the dark forest. Though our beer is hardly naughty it is a little nutty and malty and is indeed a Marzen-style lager. These beers tend to be brewed in March (Marzen), lagered or aged for several months and then traditionally served during Oktoberfest. This beer won't turn you into a raven, but it might turn you into a raving fan. Close enough.

Brewed For The Beer Den At Lowe's Foods By Foothills Brewing, Winston-Salem, NC
The Beer Can section is a virtual homage to the American beer-can collecting craze of the 1970s. The rise of thousands of microbreweries have made 'dump scouring' or digging for old beer cans in the woods and abandoned campgrounds a thing of the past. The thousands of young men who could pick up a can in any vacant lot when the hobby was at its zenith in the 1970s have grown up - but fortunately may now find hundreds of colorful cans (full of good brew) within mere miles of their homes.
