Brewer's Exegesis

Shotgun Betty uses her sharpshooting skills to target those that show a weakness for wheat beer with a body that won’t quit. This German-style hefeweizen features a rich, banana-clove nose and refreshing dry finish. Lonerider’s team of outlaws made a bold choice when choosing their flagship beer. You won’t find a lot of hefeweizens around these parts. In contrast to their Belgian style kin, hefeweizens are made with a special kind of yeast that gives Betty her banana clove flavor. Shotgun Betty gives off a clove, citrus, and yeast aroma with a hint of bubblegum for those refined palates. Betty finishes medium-low in body. Backstory: Armed and dangerous - Betty’s an outlawed widow with a tough streak. After her husband was killed in a mining accident, Betty had to learn to fend for herself. She picked up her rough and tough ways from Deadeye Jack, a stranger who saved her from near death. These days you will never find Betty without her shotgun, ammo, and a deep-seated hatred for impostors... Awards include: Bronze.
